Role Purpose
Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.

Areas of Responsibility
Requirement Gathering-Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals.
Feasibility Analysis-Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
Solution Design-Contribute to solution design by identifying customisation requirements across multiple modules, basis understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements.
Configuration and Customisation-Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.
Technology Harmonisation-Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications.
Troubleshooting and optimisation-Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
Documentation-"Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents."
