Job Description – Software Engineer I (Full Stack Developer)

Position: Software Engineer I (Full Stack Developer)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer I with 2–4 years of experience in full-stack application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET (mandatory) for backend development and hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for frontend development. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and React.js or Angular .
Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
Contribute to application deployment, monitoring, and production support activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

Backend (Mandatory)

Strong experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework .
Experience building REST APIs and web services.
Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and dependency injection.
Experience with SQL Server.

Frontend

Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular .
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.

Database

SQL Server development, query optimization, stored procedures.

Additional Technical Skills

Experience with Git-based source control.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud services is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is preferred.
