Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of inspection, testing, and technical services.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
Establish operational KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
Drive operational efficiency through standardization and digitalization.
Ensure optimum utilization of inspectors, engineers, equipment, and subcontractors.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Participate in project review meetings.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Address client complaints and implement corrective actions.
Support business development teams in technical discussions and proposal preparation.
Forecast manpower requirements.
Develop deployment plans for inspectors and engineers.
Monitor inspector utilization.
Optimize travel and logistics costs.
Manage subcontractor performance.
Experience
12–18 years of experience in Operations Management within Inspection, Testing, Certification (TIC), Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Industrial Services, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy.
Proven experience managing multi-location operations and large technical teams.
Strong understanding of project management, resource planning, quality systems, and client relationship management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline).
MBA/PGDM in Operations Management or Project Management is preferred.
