Your role, your impact

As an intermediate DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing enterprise DevOps, automation, and cloud infrastructure environments. You’ll leverage your expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Nexus, Salt automation, Linux administration, and Azure engineering to design, implement, and maintain reliable software delivery processes.

Your ability to develop automation solutions, manage infrastructure components, support deployment activities, and collaborate with technical teams will directly contribute to operational efficiency, application reliability, and the continuous improvement of software delivery and cloud engineering practices.

Your day-to-day

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, scalable, and reliable software delivery processes;

• Develop, support, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment solutions using Jenkins;

• Manage source code repositories, version control processes, and artifact management using GitHub, Bitbucket, and Nexus;

• Develop and maintain Salt scripts to support configuration management, infrastructure automation, and operational efficiency;

• Apply ITIL best practices and support IT service management processes utilizing ServiceNow;

• Perform Linux system administration activities, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;

• Build, install, tune, and maintain Cassandra database environments to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability;

• Provide Azure engineering support, including the design, implementation, configuration, and management of Azure resources and services;

• Review technical and architectural designs and provide recommendations aligned with engineering best practices;

• Develop installation scripts and deployment procedures to support software implementation and operational consistency;

• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and operations teams to support application delivery and platform stability.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience;

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines within enterprise environments;

• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment;

• Experience working with GitHub, Bitbucket, and Nexus for source control and artifact management;

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Salt automation and configuration management solutions;

• Experience tuning, building, installing, and supporting Cassandra database environments;

• Strong Linux administration expertise, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance management;

• Extensive Azure engineering experience supporting cloud infrastructure and platform services;

• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and experience utilizing ServiceNow within enterprise support environments;

• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to review, analyze, and provide feedback on architecture and solution designs;

• Experience creating installation scripts and supporting software deployment activities;

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
