Job Summary
Veeva Vault Administrator (Experience with InForm EDC and CDB)
- Strong understanding of EDC object model (Subjects, Visits, Forms, Events) and their interdependencies.
- Experience troubleshooting data flow issues, integration failures, and system-managed fields.
- Support EDC study build, CRFs, edit checks, and configuration changes.
- Manage subject data (enrolment, screening, randomization) and visit schedules (planned vs actual, missed/unscheduled visits).
- Support CDB data aggregation, review, cleaning, and EDC-to-CDB data flow.
- Ability to analyze data discrepancies across EDC and CDB layers and ensure data integrity.
- Use Vault Loader for bulk data fixes and support VQL-based troubleshooting.
- Monitor system health, integrations, and support Vault releases/upgrades.
- Maintain compliant documentation (SOPs, configuration guides, troubleshooting docs).
- Create/enhance Knowledge Base articles for faster issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business, clinical, IT, and L3/vendor teams.
- Handle L2 support tickets, perform RCA, and resolve cross-module functional and technical issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow/JIRA, ensuring timely updates and stakeholder communication.
1. To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.
2. To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
3. To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
4. To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
5. To execute continuous improvement activities and to improve the teamâs performance.
