Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Plan to achieve yearly Target of his area & ensuring strategies planned by MTE/MTM/KAM are implemented
Ensuring manpower Productivity of his TEAM & ensure minimum attrition of manpower
Develop & maintain strong relations with stores/regional category team in his area
GD ordering & Claim management of indirect supply.
Fill rates/ lead time and GRN to be managed for the dispatches of Direct and Indirect supply to trade
