Project Manager - SaaS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8–12 years of IT project management experience to lead and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong technical background with coding knowledge is mandatory.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product development and implementation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive Agile project execution by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and managing expectations.
• Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for leadership review.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, and change management activities with technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices and process enhancements.
• Resolve project escalations effectively while ensuring business objectives are achieved.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver high-performance results.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing SaaS product development and/or SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical understanding with coding knowledge to effectively collaborate with development teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
