    Job Summary

    Join Version Systems Pvt Ltd. as an Operations Executive, where you will manage key operational tasks related to PF data and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Check PF data received from clients
    • Prepare and send exceptional report to clients
    • Update data based on client feedback
    • Generate PF and send it to clients
    • Perform PF and Challan calculations accurately
    • Prepare cost center and summary reports for clients
    • Create files for E-Sewa and Trust-e software uploads
    • Prepare monthly returns including various forms
    • Check and prepare claim attachments for PF
    • Update details in claim MIS report
    • Make investment and bank statement entries in Trust-e
    • Record transactions for PF, SA, and Gratuity in Trust-e
    • Update status on the ESS web portal
    • Handle inquiries related to claims and Challans
    • Send daily bank reconciliation reports

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) or equivalent
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with HR specialization
    • Relevant experience in operations management
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
