Generate monthly Sourcing Plan & Finalization of Factory-SKU-Depot map
Release Fortnightly Production Plan & Weekly Production Schedule
Build-up of intervention eg. Promotion, Exports in production plan / schedule
Detailed planning for Pack / Promo production transition
Plan vs Actual Weekly Analysis (Production, Dispatch, IRT, Promotion, Export)
De-bottlenecking Factory scheduling & capacity constraints
Releasing of Stock Ageing & Non-Moving Stock at Depots & Factories
