What Will You Be Doing
P&L Management & Driving Growth:
- Define & drive the short term and long-term growth agenda of the business while influencing various cross functional teams.
- Manage the business P&L and devise strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Tactically manage active revenue levers to achieve the daily margin, conversion and transaction goals.
- Lead discussions on the relevant banking and non-banking alliances and execute tactical marketing campaigns.
- Track performance parameters and keep a tight control on business KPI numbers.
- Deep dive into competitor pricing data and use signals to improve category pricing.
- Deep dive onto demand signals / traffic data to decipher business and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to devise and execute customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Understand new markets & segments – the trends/customer behaviour and work with marketing, supply and product to maximize conversion basis those trends.
- Work with product teams to automate / improve pricing, business reporting and alerting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with operations team to devise and ensure smooth post-sale processes.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful trends and generate insights that drive business decisions.
- Build and run business experiments to validate hypotheses and test new initiatives.
- Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Own reporting for the category and create automated dashboards and tools to track business performance.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to align on priorities and drive execution.
- Communicate effectively across teams, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver under tight timelines
- MBA from reputed institute with 1 to 5 years of experience in business/ revenue/ category role for a consumer facing, technology enabled business/product from e-commerce industry.
- Mindset that will constantly think about Return on Investment, business and revenue.
- Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
- High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude.
