Job Description:


  • Candidates should be able to work on Desktops Laptops servers and networks
  • Should be experienced in day to day IT support with respect to managing endpoints desktops laptops IP Phones
  • Should have Good knowledge in implementation administration of servers
  • Knowledge on Active Directory Services DHCP DNS
  • Basic administration of LAN infrastructure switches firewall routers
  • Attend to service requests and incidents Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents
  • Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests
  • Candidate should be aware of different tools used for capacity management availability managements
  • Experience in Asset management and various IT reports
  • Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies

  • Cisco Routers 8200 or 8300 series
  • Cisco switches 9200 9300 9500 series
  • Switching routing in depth
  • BGP OSPF configurations
  • Firewall Knowledge FTD 2100
  • Data Centre Management
  • LAN Cabling
  • End device LT DT management
  • IT Security parameters like encryption Patches Qualys Guard WS1
  • Windows Knowledge SCCM WSUS DHCP DNS Antivirus
  • Proxy Knowledge Zscaler
  • Telco Service Providers management
  • Team Handling
  • Team Mentoring
  • Provide training both technical Soft skill etc
