About The Role

QAble is looking for a dedicated and passionate Training Lead to drive our Interview Readiness & Business Communication Enablement Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs focused on spoken English, business communication, and interview readiness, helping employees confidently represent their skills during client interviews.

This role will work closely with the Resource Planning, HR, and People Experience teams to improve interview conversion rates through structured coaching, readiness assessments, and continuous performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for spoken English, business communication, and interview readiness.
  • Conduct classroom sessions, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Plan and execute mock interviews with structured feedback and improvement plans.
  • Assess interview readiness and recommend participants for client interviews.
  • Develop role-specific interview preparation plans and learning materials.
  • Identify communication gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Track participant progress, attendance, assessment scores, and training completion.
  • Maintain training documentation, scorecards, and assessment reports.
  • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly KPI reports for stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve training content based on participant feedback and interview outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR and People Experience teams for onboarding, employee development, and scheduling.

Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience conducting mock interviews and interview coaching.
  • Ability to create training content, assessment rubrics, scorecards, and learning modules.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in English, Communication, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Training, Soft Skills Training, Business Communication, Learning & Development, or Interview Coaching.
  • Experience in the IT Services, Recruitment, Staffing, or Consulting industry is preferred.
