We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SalesOps Lead to drive the design, optimization, and scalability of Sales and Revenue Operations on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and revenue processes, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex B2B SaaS sales models, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging Salesforce to streamline business operations and enable revenue growth.
Lead the design and optimization of Salesforce to support Sales and Revenue Operations.
Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Business Systems teams to understand business needs and implement scalable solutions.
Translate sales and revenue processes into Salesforce workflows, automation, and system configurations.
Support complex sales lifecycles, including opportunity management, renewals, expansions, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
Design solutions for subscription and consumption-based business models.
Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations with external systems.
Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, governance, and operational excellence.
Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, including AI-powered features, to improve business efficiency.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience working with Salesforce in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems.
Strong understanding of Sales and Revenue Operations processes, with the ability to operationalize them within Salesforce.
Experience managing Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment.
Expertise supporting subscription and consumption-based business models.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and multi-system integrations.
Strong understanding of complex deal structures, renewal and expansion processes, and revenue operations.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification.
Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce.
Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar quote-to-cash solutions.
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
