Web Personalization Strategist

The Web Personalization Strategist is responsible for executing and scaling web personalization across Calix web experiences using Adobe Target. This role focuses on delivering relevant, audience-based content experiences aligned to business priorities such as account, role, and provider type.

Working closely with Web Experience, Marketing, and Web Engineering, this hands-on role turns personalization strategy into live, governed experiences.

This position is ideal for an individual contributor who enjoys building real experiences, learning from performance, and continuously refining how personalization operates at scale.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Build, launch, and maintain personalized web experiences using Adobe Target
  • Translate audience and segmentation strategies into executable personalization activities
  • Implement and manage automated and AI-driven personalization capabilities, including Adobe Target features such as Auto-Target, Auto-Personalization, and recommendations where appropriate
  • Establish and follow clear governance, documentation, naming, QA, approval, and launch-readiness standards for personalization activities
  • Manage prioritization and sequencing when multiple personalization experiences affect the same page
  • Coordinate with Web Engineering and cross-functional partners to ensure personalization activities are implemented cleanly and reliably
  • Use targeted testing to validate personalization approaches and inform iteration
  • Monitor performance, review reporting, and apply insights to improve relevance and outcomes over time


Required Qualifications

  • Extensive, hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including personalization, audience targeting, and experimentation (3+ years)
  • Experience delivering personalized web experiences in a production environment
  • Ability to translate business goals into executable personalization logic
  • Experience working in a web ecosystem that includes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including building and using Experience Fragments
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, test results analysis, and web analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, GA4, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Web Experience, and Web Engineering partners


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with account-based or B2B web personalization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and 6sense data or audience segments to support personalization
  • Experience helping mature or scale a personalization program, including standards, workflows, prioritization, measurement, and adoption across teams
