Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive the expansion of our business in national and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales within the IT industry and a strong ability to build strategic alliances for business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Market Exploration - Research and identify potential markets for business expansion, both nationally and internationally. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Business Expansion - Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and establish a strong presence. - Identify and pursue business opportunities for the company's products and services.
- Strategic Alliances - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders. - Negotiate and establish strategic alliances to enhance the company's market position.
- Revenue Generation: - Meet and exceed revenue targets through successful sales initiatives. - Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and increase profitability.
- Affiliation Management: - Manage and nurture affiliations with key partners to ensure mutual success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with partnership objectives.
- Customer Segmentation: - Identify and target specific customer segments to tailor marketing and sales efforts effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development with at least 5 years in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong understanding of national and international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in strategic alliance building and management.
