Supporting Actions
Implementation of training architecture at the regions to ensure that right learning happens which leads to desired capability and performance
- Impacting stakeholders of mapped units positively for achieving new sales targets and renewal
- Ensure adherence and execution of Training Architecture for DSE’s & Sales Managers of mapped units
- Adherence to planned Monthly Calendar with min. 12 training man days excluding fieldwork per month, filling up of STMS & all other online reports and focusing on achieving the same
- Facilitate Improving appear to pass % of DSE’s
- Aligning with Business & Identifying training needs across the respective region of BSLI and develop content with respect to the gaps
- Measuring the effectiveness of all trainings conducted by self, line, vendors & e-learning
