Role Overview:
One of our client is looking for a Telecaller, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward through effective communication and customer engagement. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Update and manage customer information in the company database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role for 1 to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
- Additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
