Job Description
- Analysis of Finish products OSD samples
- Analysis of Raw materials and Packaging samples
- GDP and GMP compliance
- Calibration of Instruments
- Planning of daily work and coordination with team
- Client communication through email and telecom
- Monitoring of analytical method development for test like Assay, Related substances and Dissolution for Tablet, Capsule and Oral Suspension formulation
- Review of analytical method development report
- Review of Method Validation protocol and reports
- Review of lab note book and analytical results and release of ARF/TRF
- Interpretation of analytical results and stability trending
- Review of calibration reports for the analytical instruments
- Ensure preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedule of analytical instruments
- Coordination with inter department for smooth process of product development
- Ensure standard practices of cGLP/GMP during lab experiments
- SOP preparation and training to the new joiners
- Monitoring Installation and Qualification of new instruments
- Review of Project audit trail summary from Instruments
- Review of Test procedures
- Ensure proper closure of event occurred in routine development activities
- Communication with supplier for Instrument maintenance and columns/chemicals inquiry
