The candidate must have experience of Structural Revit modelling

He/ She should have relevant Experience of 6-8 yrs. in BIM modelling field.
Should be able to generate structural BIM models from scratch.
He / She should have in depth knowledge of BIM standards
Should be able to extract GFC drawings from BIM models.
Should have worked on BIM models LOD 400 in the past
Should be conversant with quantity estimation using BIM.
Should be able to review BIM models and identify errors.
Should have hand on experience of clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
He/ She should be able to train other modellers in the team
Should have good practical knowledge of site construction activity.
The candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills.
He / She should be having innovative mindset to explore new opportunities
