Currently, we are bidding for Highway projects across India. The position of Senior Contract Management Specialist is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

Administer the construction contract and ensure compliance with contract conditions, procedures, and obligations by all parties
Review and advise on contractual correspondence, notices, claims, variations, extension of time requests, and disputes.
Support the supervision team in the interpretation and application of contract provisions during project implementation
Assess contractor’s claims, variation orders, and contractual entitlements, and provide recommendations to the Client
Monitor contractual risks and support timely resolution of commercial and contractual issues
He/ She will be responsible for giving appropriate suggestions in handling claims of the contractors and any dispute arising thereof.

Profile/Skills

He/ She should be a graduate in civil engineering from a recognized institute
He/She should have professional experience of minimum 15 years in the construction field
He/ She should have experience of at least five years as contract management specialist in highway projects funded by multi-lateral banks.
He/ She should have experience in handing variation orders, claims of contractor and their appropriate disposal
