Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive team member with 2–3 years of experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and market mapping, with a focus on delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.

  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Understand market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of IT recruitment experience.

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.

  • Good understanding of technical roles and the IT hiring market.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
