Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive team member with 2–3 years of experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and market mapping, with a focus on delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Understand market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes.

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Requirements

2–3 years of IT recruitment experience.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Good understanding of technical roles and the IT hiring market.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
