About the Role:
At Simprosys, we sit at the intersection of E-commerce, Ad-tech, and search. We are looking for an SEO Manager who doesn't just "do SEO," but builds products that automate and scale it. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap for our SEO tools and features, ensuring our merchant partners can dominate search engine results pages (SERPs) with minimal manual effort.

You will bridge the gap between technical SEO strategies and product execution, working closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to turn complex search algorithms into intuitive product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the vision for SEO-centric product features within the Simprosys ecosystem (e.g., automated schema markup, feed optimization for Google Shopping, and AI-driven content enhancements).
  • Technical SEO Leadership: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates (Google, Bing, etc.) and translate these changes into actionable product requirements.
  • Data-Driven Discovery: Analyze large datasets from Search Console, Merchant Center, and internal analytics to identify growth opportunities and friction points for our users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers to implement technical SEO best practices (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, indexing) and with UI/UX designers to ensure SEO features remain user-friendly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Own the "organic health" of our products. Track, report, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor the SaaS and Ad-tech landscape to ensure Simprosys remains a market leader in automated SEO solutions.

What We Are Looking For?

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a Product Management role (ideally within SaaS or E-commerce).
  • Technical Depth: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript SEO, structured data (Schema.org), and how search engines crawl and render modern web apps.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console).
  • Product Chops: Proven ability to write clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), manage backlogs, and lead sprint planning.
  • Communication: Ability to explain the "why" behind complex SEO technicalities to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
