Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Lead Graphic Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with AI-powered creative workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience creating high-performing marketing creatives for SaaS, technology, or digital product companies and be skilled in leveraging AI tools for ideation, image generation, video creation, and design production.
Key Responsibilities

Create engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, employer branding, and product communication.

Develop visually compelling designs, motion graphics, and marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines.

Utilize AI tools to accelerate content ideation, image generation, video creation, and creative production.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, HR, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful visual communication.

Stay updated with design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to maintaining high creative standards.
Required Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and marketing creatives.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.

Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, visual storytelling, and design psychology.

Experience designing for SaaS, technology, or digital product companies is preferred.

UX/UI design experience will be an added advantage.
Experience

5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Creative Design roles.

Prior experience leading creative projects or mentoring designers is preferred.
