Soft Skills - Good communication is must. Team player and experience in customer interaction is preferred.

Important:

Candidates with 1+ Years prior experience in .NET
Ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code
Strong understanding of project scope and debugging skills
Must be an excellent and creative team-player with strong time-management
Contribute to different projects, either independently or with your team
