Meta Ads & Campaign Manager

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads & Campaign Manager to run and optimize paid campaigns for Remi8 AI Recorder, an AI-powered voice recorder and meeting assistant product.
This is a remote freelance/contract-based role. We need someone who can independently plan, launch, monitor, and improve Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a clear focus on lead generation, product sales, retargeting, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
- Build campaigns for awareness, leads, website traffic, product sales, and retargeting.
- Test different audiences, creatives, hooks, ad copies, videos, and campaign angles.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion events, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC, and conversion rate.
- Suggest improvements for landing pages, offers, creatives, and overall campaign funnel.
- Prepare weekly reports with clear insights, learnings, and next action steps.
- Coordinate remotely with our internal content, design, product, and sales teams.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Experience running campaigns for B2C products, e-commerce, D2C brands, apps, SaaS, gadgets, or consumer technology products.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding, tracking, and optimization.
- Experience with lead generation, conversion campaigns, remarketing, and creative testing.
- Ability to work independently and make performance-based decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI products, smart gadgets, productivity tools, mobile apps, or SaaS products.
- Experience running campaigns for India and international markets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
