TEAL- Design Engineer
Titan Company
- Design, create, and document battery production machinery
- Generate mechanical sketches, BOMs, technical guides, operational protocols, and upkeep manuals
- Rework mechanical structures and electrical systems for regional production and procurement
- Establish and update 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing blueprints (SolidWorks / Autodesk Inventor)
- Generate and assess electrical diagrams, control panel arrangements, and wiring harness designs
- Conduct reverse engineering of imported machinery
- Coordinate with procurement to approve local suppliers for crucial components
- Assist FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)
- Interact with clients and production floor teams to enhance and perfect products
- Record design modifications and manage version-controlled engineering documents
Work Experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or equivalent CAD tools
- Experience with PLC/HMI systems and electrical panel design is a strong plus
- Exposure to battery manufacturing equipment (winding, stacking, laser welding, formation) preferred
- Past experience of working with China/ Korea/ Japan ecosystem is a plus.
