Your impact
This role will provide technical support, particularly in mechanical building services engineering works, with an emphasis on HVAC for Data Centers across Region.
Key Responsibilities are as follows.
Ensure that consistent quality standards and conformance with design plans / specifications are maintained across the project and coordination with other disciplines to ensure consistency across the project.
Technical reports and specifications including functional descriptions for Mechanical systems.
As a hands-on manager, engage with engineers, drafting, and design staff to fulfill deliverables.
To lead and attend project/site meeting with Client, PM, and Consultants from other disciplines.
Liaise and coordinate relevant technical issues with other disciplines.
Relationship building with clients generally involves a Doer/Seller role.
Support site supervision and plant commissioning activities when required.
Support proposals and bids when needed.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Professional Engineer registration would be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience to perform engineering tasks on the mechanical services detailed design (including calculations, computer simulations, specifications, etc), particularly in Data Center projects.
Knowledge of relevant Local Building Codes and international standards to ensure compliance.
Ability to work independently and confidently while managing multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with BIM and 3D models would be an added advantage.
