We are looking for an Account Manager – Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Solutions to drive business growth, build strategic customer relationships, and deliver innovative cloud and licensing solutions across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Healthcare customers. Microsoft licensing and cloud adoption continue to play a key role in helping organizations modernize operations and accelerate digital transformation
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and helping customers maximize the value of their cloud and technology investments. Working closely with technical specialists, marketing teams, and vendor partners, you will deliver tailored Microsoft and cloud solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and support long-term customer success
Key responsibilities:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Microsoft Licensing, Azure, AWS, and cloud solutions within Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Healthcare segments.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer, partner, distributor, and vendor relationships to drive sustainable business growth and customer success.
  • Positioning and presenting Microsoft Modern Work, Azure, AWS, and related cloud solutions, collaborating with technical teams to deliver compelling customer proposals.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue, gross profit, and growth objectives.
  • Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to generate new opportunities and execute impactful go-to-market initiatives.
  • Delivering customer presentations, solution workshops, and commercial proposals while staying informed on industry, cloud, and licensing trends. Insights from enterprise account management and cloud sales environments highlight the importance of customer engagement, solution positioning, and cloud adoption expertise.

What we need to see from you


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with proven expertise in Business Development and Sales.
  • Strong background in Microsoft licensing and Public Cloud Technologies with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and handle objections.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Highly organized and analytical, able to prioritize multiple projects, work independently or in teams, and travel when required.
