- Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation of daily work progress, site conditions, and any deviations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with government and local authorities for project-related approvals and inspections.
- Support in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ensure environmental compliance during project execution.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and standards in water, building, power, or river bank protection projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance
