We're looking for a Social Media Manager who combines creativity with strategic thinking and understands how content contributes to business growth.
About the Role
This is more than a social media management role.
We're looking for someone who understands content strategy, audience psychology, branding, platform behavior, and community building. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying trends, analyzing content performance, and developing strategies that help brands grow organically while supporting overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each client's business objectives.
- Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate execution with creative teams.
- Analyze content formats, editing styles, audience behavior, and platform trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to improve content strategy.
- Build and nurture online communities through meaningful audience engagement.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and performance marketers to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Monitor platform insights and prepare actionable performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach, engagement, and audience retention.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience creating and executing content strategies for multiple brands.
- Strong knowledge of branding, community management, and audience engagement.
- Ability to analyze content performance and identify patterns that drive growth.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
