Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high conversion rates
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partners
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and counselling sessions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and campaign success
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in EdTech / Education / Training industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results
- Experience in handling inside sales / B2C sales is an added advantage
