- Government Liaisoning & Regulatory Management
Regulatory Bodies, and Public Sector Organizations.
Coordinate for obtaining various licenses, permissions, approvals, NOCs, and statutory clearances
required for business operations.
Liaise with departments such as PWD, Water Resources, Industries, Pollution Control Board, PHE,
Revenue Department, Municipal Authorities, and other government agencies.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on compliance requirements.
Represent the organization during government meetings, inspections, and official interactions.
- Business Development & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and industry
stakeholders.
Support tender participation and contract execution through effective coordination with government
authorities.
- Operations & Project Coordination
Facilitate timely approvals and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting project execution.
Monitor project progress and support teams in achieving operational milestones.
- Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain proper documentation and records related to approvals, licenses, and government
correspondence.
Identify potential regulatory risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Team Management
Coordinate with HR, Administration, Finance, Projects, and Procurement departments.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multiple project locations.
- Tender & Bid Management

Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, technical specs, and commercial terms.
Partner with legal/consultants on pre-bid queries, corrigendum responses, and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Presentation & Closure

Negotiate contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and payment release milestones.
Closure: Secure work orders, LoAs, and ensure contract signing with all necessary attestations.

Must have skills
- Strong Government Liaisoning and Networking Skills.
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Statutory Compliance.
- Strong understanding of government procedures, statutory approvals, and regulatory frameworks relevant to construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, cement, or pipe industries.
- Strong network within State and Central Government Departments
- good communication skill
