Key Responsibilities;
- Lead a small team in the research and tracking of a range of bad actors to build up intelligence pictures
- identifying potential targets through a range of sources, including AI (Artificial Intelligence) Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Open Source (OSINT)
- Support the process of data ontology collection by managing the input of entities and intelligence sources found through research, and reviewing and amending according to accuracy of collection
- Create and manage personas to aid intelligence gathering among key actors and groups
- Quality checking of a full variety of team outputs including real-time alert emails as well as situation and strategic intelligence reports. Giving constructive feedback and reporting to the Lead further training needs
- Support the Lead in calibration of service for customer identifying topics for discussion as well as improvements and talking points to be fed into the Account Management team
- Manage the configuration of internal platform tools to more efficiently surface intelligence from our graph according to customer needs
- Help support team resourcing by giving feedback to the Lead and monitoring SLAs and identifying efficiencies at all levels - people, technology and process
- Oversee the assessment and analysis of content presented to analysts and manage the shift as a first point of escalation
- Perform team wellbeing and 1-2-1 sessions as required
- Produce well-written, well-structured, timely and impactful threat products and assessments in clear English, with minimal support that meet the requirements of stakeholders
- Degree educated in a related discipline, or of degree calibre
- Relevant experience working in an intelligence environment and/or in global security operations for a minimum of two years
- Proven track record of writing compelling intelligence reports
- Knowledge and expertise of security risks and management practices
- Knowledge and experience in a social media risk intelligence environment is highly desirable
- Experience supervising a team and managing on shift resources
- Experience using graph technology to analyze and manipulate data and an understanding of data collection, ontology and taxonomy
- Experience of creating and managing personas
- Ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets to condense into a meaningful report
