Job Purpose :

Responsible for the development and maintenance of bank’s business continuity program

During Crisis, coordinate, communicate, manage, and control activities associated with Crisis Management and the recovery of critical business functions

Collaborate with business units and support functions to identify business criticality, establish plans, test them and help manage and minimize continuity risks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
  • Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure BCM policies and procedures are understood and implemented.
  • Help organize and execute BCM training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Participate in BCM testing and simulation exercises, document results and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain BCM documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 22301).
  • Monitor and report on BCM metrics and readiness status to senior management.
  • Provide support during incidents, ensuring timely communication and activation of continuity plans

Experience:

0 to 3 Years BCM & Crisis Mangement Experience
