Job Summary
The Contract Services team is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle on behalf of clients who utilize TEOCO’s Contract Management platform.
The Contract Analyst is responsible for processing contracts from intake, extraction, analysis, the development or update of appropriate rate tables and ordering references, through approval and posting. In the performance of their duties, the Contract Analyst will utilize workflow management databases, OCR, and other TEOCO custom tools to process contracts accurately and on time.
The Contract Analyst will serve as part of a team, coordinating with other team members and accepting overflow work assignments as directed by the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Utilize contract knowledge, workflow management, database software, and other business applications to process a high volume of contracts, including master service agreements, amendments, re-terms, service orders, and deselect contracts for various wholesale and retail telecommunications services.

Assist in the development and management of contract templates used in the contract modelling process.

Ensure data is properly transferred from original source contract documents to TEOCO’s Contract Management platform.

Analyze new contracts to determine proper relationships with existing contracts.

Build or update ordering references that allow seamless ordering of services against the proper contract.

Update and maintain databases and systems to include ticket status changes and information updates.

Communicate and coordinate solutions with clients and other team members involved in the contract processing lifecycle through service tickets, email, and conference calls.

Ensure compliance with existing processes and procedures, including quality control standards and service level agreements with all work performed.

Training will be provided for all TEOCO and client systems and tools used in the contract lifecycle process.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical skills.

4-year degree from a college, technical school, or business school.

3+ years' experience working with contracts and/or procurement.

Knowledge of contract terms and conditions, processes, rate models, and contract formats.

Proficiency in the use of database systems and all Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.

Ability to learn and employ new software quickly.

Telecom industry background.
Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
-
Telecom transport network and/or telecom contract knowledge is beneficial, but not required if the candidate has suitable experience with contracts from another industry.
