The Experiential Space and Technology (XST) team is one of the innovation engines within Deloitte Greenhouse, dedicated to evolving the technology, content, media, and physical space capabilities for our practitioners and leaders throughout the firm.

You will be a part of the broader The Experiential Space and Technology portfolio, supporting a growing data strategy ecosystem that serves the Deloitte Greenhouse, Deloitte University (DU), flagship experiences, and specialty experiences. This role will support both the introduction of new data initiatives and the ongoing enhancement of data platforms, governance practices, and reporting capabilities used across the portfolio.

About the Role

  • As a Data & Insights Associate, you will specialize in supporting the data strategy and management lifecycle across the portfolio, with a focus on data governance, analytics enablement, KPI reporting, and adoption of data products and platforms.
  • Support the documentation and analysis of data flows, platform usage, and data product functionality across flagship and specialty experiences
  • Gather, document, and maintain business and data requirements, use cases, enhancement requests, governance standards, and key product decisions
  • Support data governance activities, including maintenance of data definitions, ownership, lineage, quality standards, and related documentation
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the data product backlog, roadmap trackers, release milestones, and prioritization processes aligned to business needs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across data, product, experience, and technology teams to support implementation of new data initiatives, dashboard enhancements, and platform capabilities
  • Support release readiness activities for data products and analytics solutions, including testing coordination, deployment support, launch planning, and post-release tracking
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to data quality, product adoption, release progress, portfolio health, and development performance
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of existing data products, in-flight initiatives, and planned enhancements across the broader data and technology portfolio
  • Develop enablement and communication materials to support adoption of new dashboards, reporting capabilities, governance updates, and data product releases
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting, presentations, meeting documentation, and status updates to provide visibility into progress, risks, and future-state plans
  • Collaborate with specialty teams such as Academies and Modular Transition Lab, as well as partners such as Growth & Purpose Digital, to ensure alignment, follow-through, and effective communication across initiatives

Required skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts and documentation
  • Experience supporting requirements, testing, and release coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with backlog tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills

Preferred skills

  • Experience supporting data products, internal analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with Agile product development, sprint cycles, and data release management
  • Experience in creating enablement or adoption materials for internal users of data tools or dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality standards, or metadata management
  • Knowledge of Experience Design or Human Centered Design as applied to data products and analytics

Professional qualifications, work location, and timings

  • Academic qualification: MBA or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Work Timings: 2:00 pm-11:00 pm IST
  • Work format: Hybrid (between work from office & home)
