Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end PKI operations with focus on certificate lifecycle management using Keyfactor and DigiCert platforms. • Perform certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and decommissioning ensuring adherence to enterprise standards. • Develop and maintain automation scripts for certificate provisioning and renewal using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
- Administer and support Keyfactor platform for PKI orchestration, policy enforcement, and automation workflows. • Manage DigiCert certificate services including enrollment, validation, and integration with enterprise applications. • Perform advanced troubleshooting of certificate-related issues including SSL/TLS failures, expired certificates, and trust chain problems. • Investigate and resolve incidents impacting PKI services, ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence.
- Monitor certificate inventory and proactively manage renewals to prevent business disruptions. • Integrate PKI solutions with load balancers, web servers, APIs, and security tools across the enterprise. • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards related to cryptography and encryption. • Maintain detailed documentation for PKI processes, automation workflows, incident handling, and architecture. • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support deployments, audits, and continuous improvements.
