We are looking for a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. In this role, you'll work closely with Client Account Managers and internal delivery teams to improve client satisfaction, drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and ensure successful project executionKey Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Partner with Client Account Managers to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client goals and help maximize the value of E2M's services.
- Act as the primary escalation point between clients and internal teams.
- Proactively manage project risks related to scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Capture client feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor account health, profitability, and overall client success.
- Develop and share best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success within a digital marketing, web development, or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of website development, eCommerce, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent client communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
