Purpose of the Job:
To create a quality conscious environment in Limda Plant by laying down processes and systems to ensure consistent and standard products and services and to maintain positive relations with Customers (OEM) proactively

Major Responsibilities:
Managing & coordinating OEMs for customer specific requirements
Customer complaints handling & initiate customer specific approach/8D/A3 etc. for resolution.
OEM Audits handling & Coordination with relevant stakeholders for closures.
Coordinate with customers for PPAP submission of new project & PSW submission.
Compliance with Statutory and regulatory requirements.
Ensure renewal of all regulatory certificates on time,
Ensure Conformity of Production as per BIS & other regulations.
Coordinate for internal and external audits for improving effectiveness of the quality systems
Conduct 2nd Line Inspection, Dock and Despatch Audit
Track the capability parameters and suggest improvement priorities.
Coordinate implementation of Quality Improvement Projects (Customer complaints, field failures, process deviations etc.)
Track Customer related Processes and ensures compliance.
Bring about process improvement by interfacing with Corporate Functions / Production/ Technology/ Engineering departments to solve problems on the shop floor or at customer end.

12-15 years of exp.

Education Qualification(s):
Graduate Engineering - Desirable (Masters in Quality management with 5 years of exp.) / Exposure to Six - Green Black Belt
