Job Summary
As a Linux Administrator specializing in RedHat Satellite and RedHat Cluster, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence within the Support & Operations team. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Support And Solutions By Managing And Troubleshooting Linux Systems And Redhat Satellite Environments To Ensure High Availability And Performance.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Tickets, Utilizing Linux Command-Line Tools And Logs To Identify And Resolve Underlying Issues Effectively.
3. Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base For Common Issues And Solutions In Linux And Redhat Environments, Ensuring Continuous Improvement And Easy Access For Team Members.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Utilizing Redhat Cluster For High-Availability Configurations And Ensuring Minimal Downtime For Clients.
5. Enhance Customer Experience Through First Call Resolution Initiatives, Aiming For High Customer Satisfaction Scores And Reducing The Number Of Reopened Cases.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Linux System Administration With A Strong Understanding Of Redhat Satellite And Redhat Cluster Technologies.
