Job Summary : This individual will support the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of the Consequence Management process for Technology Resilience
Job Description : Basis understanding and knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint
Job Responsibilities : \"Reporting directly to the Head of Consequence Management for Technology Resilience, the role responsibilities include: • Manage the Consequence Management process, KPIs, governance, strategy and continuous improvement. • Support the Head of Consequence Management and the team in day to day operations and strategy. • Design and implement the Consequence Management process/framework and related documentation. • Collaborate across Technology Resilience Team in the implementation and continuous operation/improvement of the Consequence Management process. • Deliver training and communication model to raise awareness and understanding of the consequence management process. • Prepare and deliver reports indicating the status and risks of the Consequence Management process. • Support any audit related topics related to the function.\"

Skill Requirement : \"• Understanding of IT resilience • Relevant experience in Consequence Management, Change Management, Governance, Risk and/or Controls • Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry desirable • Relevant experience in IT Analytics and reporting • Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes/functions • Strong communication skills are mandatory\"
