Deputy General Manager - Thermal Sales (Cement, Central India)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for thermal products/services in the cement sector across Central India.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key cement industry clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments.
- Drive order booking, revenue growth, and profitability in line with organizational targets.
- Coordinate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure timely solution delivery.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence updates for management review.
- Support pricing strategies, tender participation, and business expansion initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in thermal sales/business development, preferably within the cement industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial heating, combustion, waste heat recovery, or related thermal solutions.
- Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Central India.
