Role Description

Content Production Interns (Paid Internship) at EarthNWe will support the creation, organization, and optimization of digital content that highlights regional products and artisan stories. Visual storytelling is the heartbeat of EarthNWe. We are seeking two highly creative content production interns to be our "content pillars" on the ground at our manufacturing hub in Guwahati. You will be our eyes behind the lens, translating the intricate process of artisanal craftsmanship into compelling, boho-luxe visual narratives. If you have a deep appreciation for authentic textures and precise weaving techniques (like radio or flat close weaves) and a passion for modern brand language, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Content Generation: Actively shoot high-quality video and photo content straight from our Guwahati manufacturing hub.
• Detail-Oriented Captures: Focus on the intricacies of the making process, highlighting the authenticity of natural materials and the skill of our master artisans.
• Brand Storytelling: Align all content with EarthNWe’s minimalist, premium brand language, ensuring consistency across our social media and marketing channels.
• Trend Adaptability: Conceptualize and execute fresh, engaging content formats (Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes) that resonate with our target audience.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome! We are looking for raw talent, a vivid interest in content creation, and a proactive attitude.
• A strong portfolio or social media presence demonstrating a knack for photography, videography, and aesthetic framing.
• Understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• You should also be able to work independently on the floor and collaborate effectively with the central marketing team.
