- Provide real-time support during SMT shifts to maintain uninterrupted production, troubleshoot line process issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators like Yield and Cycle Time, analyze deviations, and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
- Support investigation of process defects using Issue Tracking Reports and 8D methodology, contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Immediate corrective actions or escalate major issue to SME.
- Decide on immediate actions for performance deviations.
- Recommend CAPA and verify effectiveness.
- Diploma \ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field or equivalent education
