Job Description
Key Sskills:-
- Customize & configure Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales/CE/CRM.
- Good understanding Dynamics CRM’s functional aspects like CRM cycle, CRM Entities and their relationships with each other.
- Good understanding of process execution and administrative activities like user provisioning in Dynamics 365.
- Excellent ability to understanding the problem and troubleshooting it.
- Should have a knowledge of ITIL and hand on over ServiceNow tool.
- Should possess a Good Communication Skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is a must.
- Should have Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM/CE/Sales Project.
- Experience in configuring & customizing modules and CE Apps, experience of Microsoft D365 Power Platform extending CE/CRM solutions with hands on experience across design, development, and deployment functions.
- Microsoft certification is strongly desired.
- Having 3-5 years of relevant experience for supporting Dynamics CRM will be a good to have.
