Enterprise DocuSign Administrator

The Enterprise DocuSign Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise workflow and eSignature solutions, with a primary focus on DocuSign and related SaaS platforms.   

This role partners with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that streamline document generation, approval workflows, and service delivery across Merative and its business units. The position plays a key role in advancing digitization initiatives through workflow automation, system integrations, and platform governance.  

In addition to solution delivery, this role provides ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of enterprise applications, ensuring system integrity, data flow, and compliance with Merative’s standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administers and configures DocuSign CLM and eSignature, including user management, permissions, templates, and reporting
  • Owns and standardizes enterprise DocuSign templates, workflows, and governance practices across all units
  • Designs and maintains standardized, data driven templates and workflows to streamline document generation and execution processes
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and implement scalable workflow and digitization solutions
  • Develops and maintains integrations between enterprise platforms such as Salesforce to ensure reliable data flow
  • Provides operational and administrative support for DocuSign CLM and eSignature , Insights AI platforms ensuring system availability, performance, and security
  • Troubleshoots system issues and resolves service requests by diagnosing root causes and coordinating with vendors as needed
  • Supports governance activities including requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and adherence to compliance and audit protocols
  • Partners with solution architects to align data models, integration patterns, and system design with enterprise standards
  • Provides user training, documentation, and guidance to support adoption and effective platform utilization
  • Collaborates with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced system capabilities
  • Serves as the primary SME for DocuSign, providing technical leadership, administration, and support




Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or two-year technical certificate in Computer Science or other related field

Basic Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise application support/development
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering CLM and eSignature including templates, permissions, and reporting
  • Experience with system integrations and APIs
  • Experience with process design, including process mapping, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria development
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment    


Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with enterprise content management systems (SharePoint)
  • Scripting or programming experience (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar)


Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Knowledge of workflow automation, system integrations, and cloud-based applications
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with InSights AI solution
  • Understanding of data models, testing/validation processes, and system design principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide technical guidance, training, and user support

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

₹1,561,413.70 - ₹2,899,768.30 (INR)
