Ensure effective and smooth relationship with distributors and IFA in the region for growth in business.

Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.

Market & industry analysis.

Generating & increasing sales.

Developing IFA & distribution network.

Selection & motivation of IFA/distributors.

Sound Interpersonal skills, good networking in the industry.

Excellent Relationship Management Skills.

Ability to motivate and manage team/People Management.

Market knowledge / extensively networked.

Negotiation Skills

MBA with minimum 2 to 4 years of experience.

AMFI certification compulsory.
