Role Summary
To drive customer acquisition and revenue generation through the Loyalty & Referral channel by leveraging the existing customer base, strengthening customer engagement, and designing referral led sales initiatives. The role will be responsible for building and scaling the L&R program across projects while collaborating with sales, marketing, CRM, and digital teams to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Loyalty & Referral strategy to generate qualified leads and contribute to project sales targets.
- Engage with existing customers to promote new launches, inventory updates, offers, and referral opportunities.
- Design and implement customer referral campaigns and engagement initiatives to improve referral conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and referral networks to drive repeat business.
- Partner with project sales teams to ensure effective lead handover, need analysis, site visits, and conversion support.
- Collaborate with Marketing & CRM to execute customer outreach campaigns and engagement activities.
- Track and analyse lead generation, conversion metrics, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement KPIs to optimize channel performance.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and strengthening customer advocacy within the Godrej ecosystem.
- Monitor market trends, competitor practices, and best-in-class loyalty programs to introduce innovative customer acquisition initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the L&R team to drive productivity, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives.
Education
- Full Time MBA/PGDM/Graduate
- Relevant years of experience in sales & marketing, team handling with a background in the real estate industry
8–10 years
