You’ll be responsible for deciding what shows up where, why it’s there, and how
well it performs. From planning merchandising strategies to tracking performance
daily and making data-backed calls, you’ll play a key role in driving discovery,
conversion, and revenue on the platform.
You will lead a team of vertical owners and work closely with Business, Growth,
Product, Tech, Design, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Member Experience teams to
drive sale readiness, platform hygiene, campaign execution, and revenue impact.
Visual Merchandising, Sales Operations
- Lead end-to-end VM and sales operations across all business verticals.
- Own sale calendars, campaign plans, offer visibility, platform placements,and go-live readiness.
- Translate business priorities into clear VM plans across app, website, partner portal, and digital surfaces.
- Manage complex app/website real estate execution for sales, launches, experiments, and member experience initiatives.
- Own QC governance, cross-QC planning, SOPs, checklists, and go-live quality standards.
- Manage escalations, blockers, and last-minute business changes with speed and clarity.
- Track daily VM performance and use data to improve visibility, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- Lead experiments, evaluate impact, and recommend next steps based on performance.
- Coordinate with Design, Business, Growth, Product, Tech, CRM, Digital Marketing and Member Experience teams.
- Support cultstore VM on the cult app, including city/cohort-level execution where required.
- Own brand partnership offer/voucher execution and ensure accurate platform implementation.
- Coach and guide junior team members to ensure execution quality, speed, and accountability.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, onsite operations, visual merchandising, platform operations, or growth execution.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer internet, app-first, retail, fitness, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with VM tools, CMS, admin consoles, dashboards, or internal operating tools.
- Ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution to performance review.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, platform placements, offer visibility, and sale execution.
- High attention to detail with strong QC discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in daily business and performance data.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
