The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) within the ServiceNow platform and demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.

What You'll Do:
Manage and support hardware asset management processes on the ServiceNow platform
Troubleshoot and resolve complex asset-related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with asset policies
Provide training and support to junior team members
Liaise with vendors for hardware procurement and management

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT asset management or related fields
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities, specifically HAM module
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
